Facebook signs deal with Spain’s La Liga to telecast all its matches in the Indian sub-continent. All 380 matches of the 2018-2019 La Liga season, which begins Friday, will be available for free on the social networking site in India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.
The deal will last for the next three seasons and will include pre and post-match analysis programmes. Financial details were not disclosed but reportedly the deal is worth 90 million EUR.
